What is included in an OTTOBRE design® magazine subscription?
A subscription includes four issues of OTTOBRE design® Kids and two issues of OTTOBRE design® Woman per year, featuring full-size patterns, illustrated instructions, and high-quality fashion photography.
Do you ship your magazines and patterns worldwide?
Yes, we offer global shipping from Finland. Delivery times vary by region, typically taking 3-7 business days within Europe and 10-21 business days for the rest of the world.
Are the seam allowances included in the patterns?
No, our patterns are drawn without seam allowances to allow you to choose your preferred finishing technique. You should add your desired seam allowance when cutting the fabric.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various local European bank transfer options through our secure payment gateway.
Can I return a magazine or a single pattern?
Unused and unopened magazines or patterns can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that digital products or patterns that have been unfolded/used are not eligible for return.
In which languages are the instructions available?
Our magazines are published in multiple languages including English, Finnish, Swedish, German, Dutch, and French. You can select your preferred language version when placing your order.
